The 16th Annual Oswego Kiwanis Club's Open Captain and Crew Golf Tournament is scheduled for May 18, 2018 at Battle Island State Park, 2150 State Route 48, Fulton.

With a 7am Coffee and Donuts Reception and a 8am Shot-gun Start. A Rain Date is set for May 25, 2018 in the event of inclement weather.

Our tournament welcomes all teams (Men's, Women's, and Mixed Teams) and we welcome players that would like to play but have not formed a team. All player levels and ages are welcome as well. Also accommodations for Senior Players are available (see our Chairperson for details).

The Entry Fee includes 18 Holes of Golf, a Cart, Pre-game Reception (Coffee and Donuts), a Hot Dog with Beverage at the turn, a Steak Bake Dinner at our Awards Reception at Bridie Manor Restaurant in Oswego following Game Play, and special game prizes. Every team with receive a prize regardless of place in the Tournament.

At the Awards Reception our Tournament's Traveling Trophy will be presented to the winning team. Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals will be presented to the top 3 teams. Teams will receive a quality prize whether they place first or last.

During game play Teams will have the opportunity to participate in the Skins Game for an addition fee. As well, there are addition mini contests during the game as well. The Mini Contests are as follows:

6th Hole

Tee Shots Closest to the Green – Wins a Sleeve of Golf Balls

9th Hole

Closest to the Pin

Within 1 Foot - $200

Within 5 Feet - $100

Within 10 Feet - $50

16th Hole

Straightest Drive wins $25

17th Hole

Closest to the Hole wins $25.

There will be optional raffle contests available to everyone as well.

All proceeds from this event will be used to serve the many youth programs and disadvantaged families, children, and the elderly in our community.

The Oswego Kiwanis has been serving the community since 1921 and have served the community in numerous ways to benefit disadvantaged families, children, and the elderly. From our Annual Kid's Day Festival in the Fall, Kid's Christmas Party, to Gifts for the residents in our community nursing homes during the holidays we serve them all.
