In return for your generous donation, you will receive a complimentary Oswego Cares T-shirt, printed live at the event. In addition there will also be food provided by local purveyors, live music by John McConnell and Our Friend’s Band as well as games, movies and more!
In our exceptionally harsh climate, children should never have to worry about staying warm. It is the goal of the Oswego Cares project to make sure that every child in our area has the resources to succeed and reach their full potential. We firmly believe that this starts with children's security in resources, and we aim to provide every child in our area that needs clothing with just that. The Oswego Cares clothing fund will be distributed to those in need in our community, and all monetary donations will flow into a fund in which our organization will fulfill clothing needs on a per case basis.
“After working for a non-for-profit and volunteering hours to help people in need, doing this clothing drive is very important to me,” said by SUNY Oswego Senior, Tiana Morris, a marketing intern at Zink Shirts. Starting this 1st Annual Oswego Cares Event with Zink Shirts, they made it possible to give back to the Oswego Community one last time before graduating.
