Artists from all over New York State submitted paintings, photos, pottery, mixed media and digital art. According to Laurie Kester, President of the Association, "Once again we have a wonderful representation of work from around New York State."
William Deforest III is the juror this year. Deforest is the Program Coordinator for Designs for Bryant & Stratton's North Campus. He aso taught at Ithaca College and SUNY Oswego. He selected 60 works to be displayed until April 23.
Located at the northern end of East Fourth Street in the City of Oswego, the Art Association of Oswego gallery is directly across from historic Fort Ontario. Regular gallery hours are 10 am-1 pm Saturdays and 1-4 pm Sundays. The galleries may also open during art classes, theater performances and by appointment. Group tours are encouraged.
