Over 300 participants are expected to take the Oswego Polar Plunge including teams already registered; Plumbers &Steamfitters Local 73, Oswego City Pol"ice", Alpha Epsilon Pi, Arc of Oswego County, Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity, Psi, Phi Gamma, Beardsley Architects & Engineers, Port City Roller Derby, Alpha Phi Omega and Green's Ale House.
