Written by

The Art Association of Oswego (AAO) announces its upcoming show called Achromatic: CNY Black and White Invitational.

AAO members may nominate themselves or invite other Central New York artists to participate in this show.

Works submitted may be done in any 2-D or 3-D medium as long as they are entirely Black, White, Gray or any combination of these three. There is an exception for matting and framing, which may be neutral. Guidelines for exact details can be found in the application below.

The ideal show might include – among other things – pencil, charcoal, paintings, marker drawings, scratchboard, etching, lithography, woodcut, linocut, sculpture, ceramics, photography (or video), fibers and other fine craft.

Interested parties should contact exhibition coordinator Bill DeMott at 315-342-1800 or [email protected] as soon as possible to nominate and artist and/or reserve a spot in the show.
