The Guest Chef Dinners are organized by the Advisory Board and offered to the community to raise funds for fresh-cooked meals in both Fulton and Oswego and other services that are provided to individuals and families in need throughout Oswego County. There is ample parking and the building is fully accessible. Dinners may be enjoyed in our dining room or carried out.
The Foundry, as it's known locally, is owned and operated by the Ciappa family, lifelong Oswego residents who have generations of experience in the food and special events business. They and their staff are known for critically-acclaimed food and for handling each event with professionalism, care, and neighborly warmth that is a trademark of this close-knit family. They specialize in public and private gatherings including weddings, receptions, fundraisers, public concerts, and other special events.
Future Guest Chef Dinners this year will be provided through the generosity of Vona’s Restaurant on June 13, Zonta Club of Oswego on September 12, the Press Box on October 17, and Canale’s Restaurant on November 14.
