Laura Ponticello to speak at April WNET meeting

    LauraPonticello Join Laura Ponticello, founder of "Laura's List: Books for Women" for a content-packed conversation about what it takes to create a buzz about your business or organization, at the next Women's Network for Entrepreneurial Training's (WNET) monthly breakfast meeting, at 8 a.m., Thursday, April 4, at the SUNY Oswego Phoenix Center in the Oswego County Industrial Park, Phoenix (exit 14, State Route 481).

     During this seminar, you will learn success tips to expand your brand, be your own best advocate and leverage strategic partnerships — all while loving what you do and living out your passion.
     Ponticello works with celebrity authors, national speakers, and business owners to help them propel to the next level. Laura's List: Books for Women has produced events with national stars, artists, authors and local celebrities including actor Thom Filicia, national fundraiser Carol Baldwin, actor Daniel Baldwin, artist and author Patience Brewster, and many more local, regional and national authors, musicians and artists. Through creative events, innovative marketing, collaborative partnerships and out-of-the-box thinking, Ponticello has also created a buzz about her business that has resulted in a national market reach.
     Today, Ponticello acts as a consultant and serves as a national speaker on the topics of 5 Secrets to Build a Buzz around Your Business or Organization. Ponticello also pens a spiritual column for AskAmyDaily.com hosted by national advice columnist, Ask Amy. Ponticello inspires others through national speaking engagements and gives back to local non-profits in the community.
     Through networking, presentations and information sharing, WNET provides professional development and personal growth for women business owners.
     The cost for each seminar is $12 for members and $15 for non-members. The WNET 2012-2013 (Sept. 2012-Aug.2013) membership cost is $25. Each seminar includes a light breakfast.
