Masonic Pancake Breakfast for Bookmobile & Public Library

The Friends of the Library and the Oswego Bookmobile are partnering together with the Masons to cook up a pancake breakfast fundraiser on Sunday, February 19th from 8:00 am. until noon at the Masonic Lodge at 765 East Seneca Street. Raffle baskets and a children’s book donation box will also be available at this event.

Dr. Mark Humphrey, a local physician and artist has donated an original watercolor of the Oswego Public Library which will be raffled off along with 14 beautiful raffle baskets at the breakfast. Azteca, Bame’s Liquor, The Darling Elves, the Oswego Movie Theater, Thirty-one (Katie Godici), Usborne Books (Tina Bitler) and Katrina Godici, LMT all donated generous gift certificates for the various baskets.

Watercolor LibraryTicket prices for the all you can eat pancake breakfast are:
Adults: $7.00, Children (6-11): $5.00 and under 6 are free

Tickets can be purchased ahead of time from the River's End Bookstore, the Oswego Public Library or by contacting bookmobile board members.

Raffle tickets will be available at the breakfast or can be purchased ahead of time by contacting 342-0105. Winners do not need to be present to win.
Raffle prices are: $1.00 each, 6 for $5.00 or 14 for $10.

Donations of new or gently used children’s books for the Oswego Bookmobile can also be dropped off at breakfast.

Friends of the Library supports the Oswego Public Library and reading in the community by creating public support and awareness for the library through public relations and community engagement efforts. Oswego Bookmobile’s mission is to empower children in our community to be readers. The Bookmobile brings free books and healthy snacks to at-risk children in Oswego City School District neighborhoods during the summer.
