Are you an Oswego County resident looking for a lifestyle change? We won’t change your hairstyle or help you select a new car. What we will do is show you how you can make some pretty easy changes to what you eat and how to move that will improve your health

Trained coaches and fellow classmates help work through stress and frustration and provide support and encouragement along the way.

Our trainers offer three different types of classes that are evidence-based and proven to work. These have been shown to decrease the impacts of chronic disease conditions like pre-diabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, lung disease, heart disease and arthritis. The classes do vary in who can participate and how long they are.

You can learn more about each of the classes, view the calendar of upcoming classes, and check out some short videos by visiting:

For additional information on Lifestyle Change classes or the Lifestyle Change website, please contact: Leanna Cleveland, Rural Health Network Coordinator for additional information (315) 592-0827 or [email protected] .
