The Oswego State golf team earned its first victory of the season in tremendous fashion, as three Lakers shot even par to top the leaderboard of the Potsdam Fall Invitational on Tuesday afternoon.

Oswego's top-four finishers shot a 291, just three over par and nine shots better than the runner-up.

THE BASICS

Result: 1st Place (of 5)

Owen started off hot, coming off the front nine at minus-2 before giving those two strokes back on the final nine holes.

The junior was under par after nine (minus-1, 35) before shooting 40 on the back side.
