The festival accepts vendor applications for the following categories: Arts and crafts, commercial, food, Pride of New York, and Taste of New York.
New this year, arts and craft vendors can determine whether they want to be at the festival two or three days out of the weekend. Taste of New York vendors can also decide which days they want to be at the festival from Thursday to the end of the weekend.
Applications will be accepted until all venues are filled. Review of applications will begin in February of 2018.
Information about vendor categories, instructions for the application process, and applications for each vendor category can be found on the Oswego Harborfest website (www.oswegoharborfest.com) or by contacting the office at (315)-342-7113.
Harborfest is one of the few admission-free music festivals in the country. It was founded with the mission of creating nationally recognized festivals and events that attract and engage a broad and diverse audience, celebrate and build community, and advance economic development in Oswego, New York. It would not be possible to continue the event without the massive continued support received from the City of Oswego, businesses, organizations, government entities, and individuals and family members. To learn more about becoming a vendor, about Harborfest itself, or to contribute to the support of this amazing region-wide event, contact the Harborfest offices at 41 Lake Street, Oswego, NY 13126 or by phone at (315)-342-7113.
