Rosa ‘Jeanette’ Otto, 91 of New Haven passed away on 02/16/2018 Friday morning at her home.

Mrs. Otto was born in Macon, GA and was the daughter of the late Howard & Gracie Anderson Tucker.

She was widowed by George Edward Allen Sr. She was subsequently widowed by Raymond E. Otto.

Rosa was the former co-owner and proprietor of Otto’s Trailer Park for many years. She was a Homemaker, Baker, Gardner and former telephone operator.

She was a former member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Victoria Chapter. She was an Active member of the Fulton Kingdom Hall of Fulton, NY

Mrs. Otto is survived by her children George E. & Linda Allen Jr. of Bedford, IN, Danny F. Allen of New Haven, NY, Sandra & Timothy ’Mate’ Knopp of New Haven, NY and Paulette Whaley of Pulaski, NY. Her siblings James & Helen Tucker of Macon, GA, Joyce Omo of Oakland Bay, CA, Delores Hester of Marietta, GA. Her Grand-children  Barbara & Brian Strajnic of Windsor Canada, Georgia & Shannon Woods of Mitchell, IN, Yvonne & William Bishop IV of North Rose, NY, Michelle Allen-Gregory of Fortville, IN, Donette & Alan Griffith of Whitney Point, NY, Matthew & Sarah Whaley of Bernhards Bay, NY, Jon Allen of Bloomington, IN, and Tyler Knopp of Oswego, NY. Her great-grand children Matthew Whaley Jr., Lauren Woods, Collin Gregory, Landon Griffith, Landon Woods, Nolan Bishop, Logan Griffith, Vivian Bishop, Tristen Whaley, Leah Griffith and forty-one nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her siblings Margret Tucker Hicks of Milledgeville, GA, Jo-Ann Tucker Sullivan of Warner Robins, GA, Robert Tucker of Macon, GA, Jack Tucker of  Panama City, Fl, Larry Tucker of  Interlaken , FL, and Gary Tucker of  Juliet, GA,

Calling hours Tuesday 4-7PM at the Dain-Cullinan Funeral Home 112 East Second St. with an Eastern Star ceremony presented by, Lake City Victoria Chapter 205 to follow at 7PM.

Memorial Service will be Wed. Feb. 21, 2018 at 1:00 pm Location is at The Kingdom Hall  13 County Route 83  Fulton, NY

Spring burial will be in Peck Cemetery at a time to be announced.
