Sherry A. Good 70, of Syracuse, died at University Hospital SUNY Health Science Center, on November 29, 2018.

Born in Oswego, NY, she was the daughter of the late Haunsey and Margaret Leemann.

Sherry was the sole proprietor and ran the family farm until 1993. She also raised her three children. She was a giving person, who thought of others before herself. It made her happy to make others happy, and she spent a lot of time with the people she cared for. Most recently, Sherry worked for Seniors Helping Seniors and was the caregiver of Jack and Yanna Graver. She had a green thumb and loved gardening and also had a passion for collecting panda bears.

Surviving are her son, Christopher Good of Jackson Tennessee, and daughter, Laura Good of Syracuse NY, two brothers Barry Leemann of Williamstown NY, and Richard Vansteenbergh of Pittsburg, PA. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews across the country.

She was predeceased by her ex-husband Francis “Doc” Good, her son Mark Good.

Calling hours will be held 4-6PM Thursday at the Nelson Funeral Home 11 West Albany Street. Funeral Services will be held 10AM Friday at St. Mary’s Church. Burial will immediately follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery.
