Celebrate the beginning of summer by enjoying an evening of waterfowl and wildlife watching at the Amboy 4-H Environmental Education Center, when naturalist Pat Carney will present a Summer Solstice Watch on Thursday, June 28th at 7:00 pm.

From the observation deck and tower, participants will watch for osprey, eagles and herons fishing; goslings and ducklings with their parents; beavers and muskrats foraging; and many other interesting residents of the pond and wetland. An evening concert throughout the program will feature avian and amphibian choruses.

Participants are encouraged to dress for an evening program. Bug spray and binoculars recommended. A limited number of binoculars will be available to use for the duration of the program. The program fee is just $4.00 per person, $12.00 per family, and children under 3 are free.

Amboy 4-H Environmental Educational Center is located on State Route 183, between Routes 13 and 69 in eastern Oswego County.
