`The Hormone Cure` to be presented at September WNET meeting

Written by

JulieFischer The Women's Network for Entrepreneurial Training (WNET) wants women to recognize that as female business owners, you need to be at the top of your game to succeed and for your business to continue to thrive.

Julie Fischer, certified holistic health and transformational coach, will discuss how stress can take a serious toll on a woman's body and throw her hormones out of balance, affecting her health and mood at the next WNET monthly breakfast meeting scheduled for 8 a.m., Sept. 5. The breakfast will be held at the SUNY Oswego Phoenix Center in the Oswego County Industrial Park, Phoenix (exit 14, State Route 481).
During this seminar, attendees will have the opportunity to take a quiz to determine if you have hormone imbalance(s), learn what the implications of some of the most common imbalances are, discuss steps to determine the cause of the imbalance(s), and discover some simple steps to help with regulating your hormones.
In August, Fischer will have completed a certified training program with Dr. Sara Gottfried that allows her to work with women, and men, in regulating their hormones using the Gottfried protocol. Additionally, Fischer practices and teaches Reiki and said she is excited about the opportunity to help stressed out, overworked women make changes in their lives so that they can be happier and live lives they love. Having recently left a career in the nuclear power industry to do this work, she knows that every woman really can have it all.
Through networking, presentations and information sharing, WNET provides professional development and personal growth for women business owners.
The cost for each seminar is $12 for members and $15 for non-members. The WNET annual (Sept. 2012-Aug.2013) membership cost is $25. Each seminar includes a light breakfast.
WNET is supported locally by Operation Oswego County, SUNY Oswego Phoenix Center, NBT Bank, BeautiControl, By Detail and The Greater Oswego-Fulton Chamber of Commerce.
Pre-registration is required for each seminar, and may be made by calling Operation Oswego County, weekdays, at 315-343-1545, or via e-mail [email protected] Payments may also be made via Credit Card on our website.
