On Monday, July 17, from 7 to 9 p.m. Bonnie Sommers will lead participants in painting The Oswego Harbor Lighthouse Golden Sunset. This dramatic view of the iconic lighthouse is an original creation that will please all lighthouse lovers. The cost of the party is $35, including all materials. Brushes, paints, canvases, aprons and easels will be provided. Participants need only to bring their own refreshments.

On Saturday, July 22 from 1 to 3 p.m. Bonnie will have a special afternoon party for children and parents. During this “Day Out with Mom or Dad” party the parent and child teams will work together to create their own versions of Bonnie’s painting of Fireflies on a Summer Evening. The cost is $35 for adults and $10 for each child. The price includes all materials. Brushes, paints, canvases, aprons and easels will be provided. Participants need only to bring their own refreshments.

In a real change of pace, on Monday, July 24 from 7 to 9 p.m., Suzanne Stout will conduct a Mini-Garden Class for participants to make their own indoor container gardens. Suzanne’s mini-gardens have been hot sellers at the Riverside Artisans shop, and now our customers can learn to make their own. She will cover the basic of designing mini-gardens, how to select and organize plants and ornaments, and how to assemble them in a glass container. The cost of the party is $35 if you bring your own container, or $45 if you would like to use one of Suzanne’s. All plants, soil, stones and other materials will be provided.
